Have a home machine that needs attention? If you’re local, just bring it in. We’re here Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. Need to ship the machine to us? Please fill out our repair form and send it along with your machine.

The Beanz Man is the ONLY authorized service center for Philips Saeco home espresso machines in the SOUTHEAST United States.

The main brands we service are:

Saeco, La Pavoni, Gaggia, Rancilio, DeLonghi, ECM, JURA, Rocket and Miele.

We have a $99.00 minimum charge which covers most labor costs. Parts needed for your repair are in addition to the $99.00. We do require that the $99.00 is paid when the machine arrives at our shop.
